Most projects are delivered in 3 to 12 weeks depending on scope. Automation workflows and internal tools typically take 3-8 weeks. MVPs and SaaS products take 6-12 weeks. We'll give you a clear timeline in our first call.

What's the difference between 'Optimize Operations' and 'Build Products'?

Optimize Operations is for companies that need to fix internal processes — automating workflows, replacing spreadsheets with real tools, connecting scattered systems. Build Products is for founders and CTOs who need to design, validate, and ship a digital product (MVP, SaaS, or product extensions). Same approach (product thinking + AI-powered execution), different problems.

What makes Capamoon different from other agencies?

We start with product thinking — understanding what's worth building before we touch any technology. Most agencies take your spec and start coding. We challenge the spec first. Combined with AI-powered delivery, this means you get the right solution shipped in weeks, not months.

You talk about "AI-powered execution" — what does that mean in practice?

We use AI in two ways. First, in our production line: generating specs, code and tests, which lets us deliver in weeks what used to take months. Second, when it's relevant, as a component of the solution we ship (a chatbot, document analysis, automatically generated responses). But AI doesn't replace judgment or product thinking: we cross-check, we verify, we decide. The right outcome comes from combining the two.

If you use AI, are my data and my code protected?

Yes. We use AI as a production tool, not as a place where your data goes off to live its own life. We pick tools and configurations that don't train models on your data, and we adapt our approach to your confidentiality constraints — we've delivered HIPAA-compliant solutions, for example. You own everything: code, data, documentation.

Do you build custom code, or only work with no-code tools?

Both, depending on what best serves your problem. No-code and low-code are often the fastest and most cost-effective path, and we use them when they fit. But we're not a "no-code agency": when custom code is the right call, we build it ourselves, AI-accelerated, and we lean on our network of senior specialists when a project needs deep expertise. Your need drives the technical choice, not the other way around.

How much does a project cost?

It depends on scope and complexity. Most engagements range from €5,000 to €50,000. We'll give you an honest estimate after our free discovery call — and if there's a simpler, cheaper path, we'll tell you.

What happens after the project is delivered?

We don't disappear. We train your team to manage the tools independently, provide documentation, and stay available for iteration and support as your business evolves. You own everything — no lock-in, no ongoing dependency.

Do you work with companies outside Spain?

Yes. We're based in Barcelona but work with clients across Europe and beyond. We work in English, French, and Spanish, and our remote-first setup means timezone isn't a barrier.
